Terms of Use

1.The Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Company concerning the use of the Service.

2. In addition to the Terms, the Company may establish various rules regarding the Service, such as rules for use (hereinafter, ""Individual Provisions""). Regardless of their name, these Individual Provisions shall constitute a part of the Terms.

3. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Terms and the provisions of the Individual Provisions of the preceding paragraph, the provisions of the Individual Provisions shall prevail, unless otherwise specified.

When using the Service, Users must not engage in the following acts:

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.

2. Acts related to criminal activities.

3. Acts that infringe on copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service or its content.

4. Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the servers or networks of the Company, other Users, or other third parties.

5. Acts of commercially using information obtained through the Service.

6. Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services.

7. Acts of unauthorized access or attempts thereof.

8. Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information of other Users.

9. Acts of using the Service for fraudulent purposes.

10. Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other Users or third parties of the Service.

11. Acts of impersonating other Users.

12. Advertising, promotion, solicitation, or business activities on the Service without the Company's permission.

13. Acts of providing direct or indirect benefits to anti-social forces in connection with the Company's services.

14. Any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate.

1. The Company does not explicitly or implicitly guarantee that the Service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, suitability for a particular purpose, and security, as well as errors, bugs, and infringement of rights).

2. The Company shall not be held responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between a User and another User or a third party in connection with the Service.

The Company may change the content of the Service or suspend the provision of the Service without prior notice to the User. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result.

The Company may change the Terms at any time without notifying Users if it deems it necessary. If a User begins to use the Service after a change to the Terms, that User shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Notifications or communications between a User and the Company shall be conducted by the method prescribed by the Company. The Company shall assume that the currently registered contact information is valid and will send notifications or communications to that contact unless a change is reported by the User in the manner separately prescribed by the Company. Such notifications or communications shall be deemed to have reached the User at the time they are sent.

The Company shall handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service appropriately, in accordance with the Company's ""Privacy Policy.""

Users may not assign their position under the usage agreement or their rights or obligations under the Terms to a third party, or provide them as collateral, without the prior written consent of the Company.

1. The interpretation of the Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
2. In the event of a dispute related to the Service, the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the exclusive agreed-upon court of jurisdiction.
