• Q. Where are your products manufactured?
  They are manufactured in our partner factories in China.
• Q. Can you tell me what wheel size fits my truck?
  The correct wheel size varies depending on the vehicle model, type, and year. For this reason, we cannot provide an answer regarding exact compatibility. To prevent any issues, we ask that you please confirm directly with your dealer or other specialists.
• Q. Please tell me about the quality control of your chrome wheels.
  We perform thorough quality control on our DOT-X chrome wheels, starting from the development stage. Once manufactured, each product is inspected one-by-one at the local factory, and only those that pass our strict checks are exported to Japan. After they arrive in Japan, we unbox and inspect them again to ensure sufficient quality before shipping them to customers. While we take every possible measure to ensure quality, if a defect occurs, please contact us immediately. We will address it in accordance with our warranty policy.
• Q. Can the wheels crack?
  Our steel and aluminum chrome base wheels are made by one of China's top wheel manufacturers, which exports to more than 30 countries, including Japan, the U.S., and Europe. The wheels from this manufacturer are of such high quality and reliable strength that they have been chosen as genuine parts by Japanese truck manufacturers. Our aluminum wheels, meanwhile, have cleared all major quality assurance standards in various countries around the world.
• Q. What is the warranty policy for chrome wheels?
  The warranty policy for our chrome wheels is as follows. Please fully understand these terms before using our products. By using the product, you are considered to have agreed to the terms of this warranty.
  
  DOT-X Chrome Wheel Warranty Policy Warranty Period: One year from the date the chrome wheels are shipped from the warehouse of Tatucyo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "the Manufacturer"). Warranty Coverage: The warranty is limited to product defects that occur under proper use and conditions. In principle, we will replace the wheel free of charge only once. However, since we perform the maximum possible inspection, the warranty will only be granted after the Manufacturer confirms the current condition and determines that it is covered by the warranty as described above. If a defect is found after unpacking, please contact the retailer immediately and arrange for its return. Please note that we will not compensate for labor costs or for any damage to the vehicle or its cargo related to the replacement. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover the following cases: The warranty period has expired. The product was used in a manner inconsistent with the 《Handling Precautions》. Installation or removal was performed by anyone other than a professional with specialized knowledge, such as a dealer, tire retailer, or garage. The defective wheel is not returned. The defect is caused by scratches that occurred during or after installation. Costs incurred for the installation or removal of the wheel or the replacement. The cause is related to the truck or its components. Rust that occurs after installation. The cause is due to natural wear and tear on the installed vehicle. The condition exceeds the clear limit of wear. Proper maintenance has not been performed. The wheel shows signs of counterfeiting or modification. The wheel has been exposed to chemicals that have a detrimental effect on it. The wheel has been coated with glass coating or other similar finishes. The cause is due to a vehicle accident. The product was used outside of Japan. The damage was caused by impact, dropping, etc., that occurred during transport or storage after leaving the Manufacturer's warehouse. The defect was caused by external factors such as earthquakes, fires, lightning, wind and flood damage, other natural disasters, or pollution. Warranty Certificate: We do not issue a physical warranty certificate. Your purchase history is managed by the retailer's transaction data. If you wish to claim a warranty, please provide your name and date of purchase. Other: The Manufacturer will cover the cost of shipping replacement products and returning defective products to the Manufacturer. For returning defective products, please use a delivery service specified by the Manufacturer. Changes to the Warranty Policy: The Manufacturer may change the contents of this warranty policy without prior notice to or consent from the customer. In this case, the terms of the warranty will be based on the revised policy. The revised warranty policy will be communicated through the Manufacturer's website, and customers will be deemed to have agreed to it upon notification. This policy is effective from April 1, 2020. Revised March 1, 2025.
• Q. I installed the chrome wheels and the plating peeled off. Is this a defective product?
  A. When installing the nuts, we require that you use a manual wrench or a torque wrench. Please note that using an impact wrench can cause the chrome plating around the nut holes to crack or peel.
• Q. I'm concerned about rust on the front chrome wheels.
  To apply chrome plating evenly to the narrow gaps of the joints on our front chrome wheels, the rim and disk are plated separately and then welded from the back. This process can create a gap at the joint on the front surface of the rim and disk, allowing water to get in and potentially cause corrosion, which can lead to peeling or air leaks. To prevent this, our DOT-X front chrome wheels undergo a special "rust-preventing joint treatment" in Japan, using our proprietary technology to inject a special solution into the joint between the rim and disk. This service is provided at no extra cost.
• Q. Since it's made in China, is it really okay?
  Our chrome wheels undergo a rigorous inspection system in both China and Japan. We ensure the quality is thoroughly confirmed before we deliver them to our customers. Furthermore, we provide a rust-preventing joint treatment free of charge to help our customers enjoy the beauty of our products for as long as possible. While we take every measure to ensure quality, in the unlikely event of a defect, we will address it in accordance with our warranty policy.
